Come and enjoy all the farmstead museum has to offer this year at the annual Lantern Light celebration. The theme is the Great Snowfall of Texas 1929 and will feature a snow hill, made from 14,000 pounds of shaved ice, for sledding and snow play area. 

Tour the Farrell Wilson House, which will be decorated for Christmas as it would have been in the Depression era, and in the One Room School House, make Depression-era children’s crafts will include games and toy common during the Depression era.

Stroll the four-acre farmstead amidst the glow of Lantern Light and experience the mule-drive wagon rides around the property, candle dipping, storytelling, cocoa and treats in the pole barn and visits with Santa.

Listen to strolling carolers around the farmstead and children's choirs present Songs of the Season in the pole barn.

More activities may include Hoover-ball, a game played by President Herbert Hoover on White House lawn, and combines tennis, volleyball and medicine ball.

This venue is wheelchair accessible.
