Go back in time to life as a family member on the Heritage Farmstead. Located on four acres smack-dab in the center of Plano, visitors to the museum can witness life at a slower pace. Take a tour and walk through the Farrell-Wilson home, which represents the life of a prosperous farm family during 1890-1925. Kids will be amazed at how much life has changed. In addition to touring the land, families can visit with characters dressed in period clothing, participate in hands-on educational programming working with the farm land and animals and much more. (Animals include horses, mules, sheep, goats and chickens!)
