Get ready to explore the great outdoors at this diverse garden that was the first in Texas to be certified 100-percent organic. Maintained using sustainable water conservation practices, the gardens feature native plants that adapt to the climate and soil of North Texas. Other natives live in the gardens, as well—we’re talking about butterflies, bugs and birds, of course! Children will love digging in the gardens during educational projects, going on garden scavenger hunts, walking through the Butterfly House and Insectarium (to peek at the little critters) and more. The pathways throughout the garden are stroller friendly.
